The Cloak collection by Peter Bristol transforms the gesture of folded material into a precise architectural form. Crisp metal planes bend and overlap to conceal the light source within, recalling the structured drape of fabric while reducing the composition to line, surface, and light. A carefully formed metal frame houses an integrated 2700K LED light source, directing illumination while shielding the source from view. The folded construction controls glare and produces a soft, even light. Black fabric-wrapped cords provide easy height adjustment while introducing a subtle material detail to the suspension. With a broader scale, the 48" Cloak Chandelier establishes a more substantial composition for large dining rooms and open living areas, where its folded planes create a sculptural focal point defined as much by shadow and surface as by light.
